If you are part of a group registration, you have to write a name of it exactly how it is agreed with a group leader. The price will change automatically but it won’t be approved directly. We will confirm your registration as soon it is possible.

If I bought a pass and my plans have changed, can I transfer my pass to someone else?
You can transfer the pass to a fellow dancer of the same role (leader/follower) free of charge. Passes with discounts cannot be transferred to others to whom the discount doesn’t apply (e.g. you cannot diretly transfer “Advance leader” pass to a regular pass, they must pay the difference).
I cannot find anyone to transfer my pass to. Will I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration for any reason and will be refunded depending on the time you ask for cancellation:
1. Before 01/04/2026 – 75% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.
2) 01/04/2026 and before 01/05/2026 – 50% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.
3) 01/05/2026 and after – 0% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.
If you cannot make it to the event, please let us know ASAP. In any case, to edit your registration, please, contact us directly at [email protected]
What will happen if the situation in Latvia changes and you cannot run the event due to pandemic or other Force Majeure?
Participants will have the option to have a 90% refund or transfer money to the next Riga Swings Back event.
